Gastroenterology is a part of internal medicine which deals with digestive tract treatment (diseases of oesophagus (gullet), duodenum, colon, small intestine, stomach), as well as the diseases of liver, gull bladder, bile ducts and pancreas.
"Dr Ristić" Health Centre offers, apart from gastroenterology examinations, the following diagnostic procedures:
- X-ray of native abdomen
- Ultrasound examination of abdomen,
- Endoscopic procedures: gastroscopy and colonoscopy
- as well as a number of laboratory analyses, both standard (biochemical, microbiological etc.) and specific analyses (immunology, tumor markers, urea, breath out test, etc.)
It is possible to appoint other diagnostic procedures with the assistance of " Dr Ristić" Health Centre, such as (enteroclysis, irrigography, CT of abdomen, MSCT of abdomen, MRCP,MR of adomen,scintigraphy,etc.)
