Health Centre „Dr Ristić” has a team of doctors and medical assistants and they are capable of performing a continuing health care and support for those in such need.
Within the organized treatment and care for the elderly at your home, we are offering the following program:
Home visit of a family doctor-general practitioner, once a month including blood pressure measuring, ECG and basic laboratory analyses.
Organization of a complete treatment of acute illnesses (high body temperature, colds, headache and similar) including necessary lab analyses and giving therapiesavanje/intramuscular or intravenous/ if necessary.
As a rule, with ageing the health changes appear, as the risk of illnesses is higher especially for those elderly persons living alone. Patients with chronic, long lasting illnesses can be treated successfully even at their homes, even more efficiently due to the fact they stay in family already known social surrounding. When a patent is released from hospital it does not mean that the treatment is over, but the opposite –it means obligation to continue expert health control through so-called prolonged treatment at home.
We can offer to all elderly persons as well as for other people the following services at their homes:
General specialist examinations,
Most of the necessary diagnostics – except those performed only in health institutions,
Therapy procedure: intramuscular, intravenous and subcutaneous injections, intravenous infusions, replacement or urinary catheters, bandagings...
Taking samples for laboratory analyses.
