What is the importance of laboratory test result?
Laboratory analyses are used by physicians in everyday work as being important for:
- defining the diagnosis
- estimation of how much the disorder is serious
- follow up of disorder development
- response of organism, to particular therapy.
During the diagnosis defining, test results are being compared with reference values, while the follow up of illness and the effect of therapy test results of a patient are being compared to her/his earlier results.
